Refund policy

We take great pride in our products and we want you to love them as much as we do. However, under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement if your item is:

  • Faulty or defective
  • Not as described
  • Not fit for the purpose as described

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items unless they are faulty.

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, dislike of scent, or personal preference.

If you believe you have a faulty item please contact our team within seven (7) days of receiving your order (hello@blessd.com.au). Please include photos and a description of the issue so we can resolve it quickly for you.
